You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

Yes! We'll send you an email confirmation immediately after you book, and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you've opted in for SMS notifications, you'll also receive a text message reminder.

For group bookings or appointments for multiple people, please contact us directly via phone. We'll be happy to accommodate your needs and find the best available times for everyone.

We understand that life happens! If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
